Mr. No Dong Jin was elected as the esteemed president of the Korea National Federation of Fisheries Cooperatives in February of 2023, based on his extensive experience and leadership abilities in the cooperative sector. He envisions a world where fishermen can achieve financial prosperity, and has earned the trust and confidence of many cooperative members.
In addition, NFFC has been ICFO Chairman since 2009, and has continued to do so far. Mr. No Dong Jin has been the ICFO Chairman since June 2023.

Mrs. Cao Xuan Thu van started working as a Radio reporter in Bac Lieu town from 1990 to 1995. She served in various positions as Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism of Bac Lieu Province, Member of the Provincial Party Committee(2016~2020), Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice President of the People's Committee of Bac Lieu Province(2020~2022), Vice President of Vietnam Farmers' Union(2022~2023). She is also Secretary of the Party of Vietnam Cooperative Alliance.
In October 2023, she was appointed to be President of the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance (VCA).
Her educational background includes a law degree and a doctorate in education management.

Mr. Akram Altaher has been the General Manager for the Economic & Social Development Centre of Palestine (ESDC). He has 25 years of experience in the Socio-Economic sector in Palestine. Within his experience he has been improving the production environment for the small and medium enterprises and cooperatives, also facilitate the agricultural market system and specific value chain level. He has the Master degree in the “International Studies” since 1997. He’s been an active participant in the ICFO since 2015 and is now the auditor of the ICFO.
